The first floor of the building offers tourist information, ticket vending, foreign currency exchange, and a range of maps and leaflets. The second floor has a tourist information corner. The third floor has an administration office and a support space for travel companies. The fourth and fifth floor have meeting rooms. The sixth floor is a multi-purpose space. The seventh floor is an exhibition space. The eight floor has an observation terrace and tea room. The Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center, located in front of Kaminarimon in Taito-ku, was designed around the concept of "searching, displaying, and supporting". It provides information and services to a huge number of visitors in Taito-ku.
