This is a museum which collects all traditional crafts in Sakai.

In addition to the exhibition of rare and professional cutlery, there are hands-on learning/exhibit areas of incense sticks, Chusen-wazarashi (a colored cloth), dried seaweed, bicycles, Sakai Dantsu (a carpet), Japanese sweets as well as “Sakai-ichi,” sales shops of traditional crafts and local specialties. Demonstration events are also held.
